The last match

Last Saturday my football friends organized a tournament in my honour: “Trofeo Ambrosioni”.

Four teams competed to get the trophy: at the end the surprising performance of Alberto (3 goals scored) drove the “Mardy United” team to the victory.

It was a really nice afternoon and I was really glad to see so many happy people there.

I’ll really miss the Saturday’s appointment with football: let’s hope that back in Italy I’ll still have some time to play.

Sabato scorso i miei amici del calcetto hanno organizzato un torneo in mio onore: il “Trofeo Ambrosioni”.

Quattro squadre hanno combattuto per aggiudicarsi il prestigioso trofeo; alla fine la prestazione stupefacente di Alberto (autore di 3 gol) ha trascinato il “Mardy United” alla vittoria.

E’ stato davvero un bel pomeriggio e mi ha fatto molto piacere vedere lì così tante persone felici.

L’appuntamento del sabato con il calcetto mi mancherà molto: speriamo che tornato in Italia avrò un po’ di tempo per giocare.
